14.Order Delivery: On placing your order you will get an e-mail/SMS notification having order information along with tentative delivery date. Our delivery policy has the following points,
(a) For retail online orders product will be delivered within 5-10 working days (depending upon your location) after placing the order whereas for the bulk orders it will go as per the terms and conditions given by our other brand InkLab. Sometimes standard delivery time may get extend slightly depending upon certain unavoidable natural/human variables. You will get e-mail/SMS notification from us or from our logistic partner side in such scenario.
(b) Both retail and bulk customer(s) is/are advised to check the product at the time of delivery. Any request of product replacement/refund after delivery will subject to decision of SHOPSQUARE PRIVATE LIMITED depending upon the condition and delivery expense of the product to be replaced.
(c) In case if nobody seems available at Delivery Address on approximate delivery date. Intimate us the same quickly after you receive prior intimation (SMS). If second delivery happens due to non-availability of receiving person at delivery address. This may be chargeable.
(d)In rare events like,
(i)Your area is out of our delivery zone.
(ii) We are unable to process your order in the given time frame.
(iii) The details provided by you during order are found highly incorrect (Delivery charges will apply).
Your order will be cancelled completely and the entire amount will be refunded to you.
(e) Order once placed cannot be modified, changed or clubbed with any other order. Place your order carefully in case you had wrongly placed any order Call 7273864864 or e-mail at care.coolone@gmail.com to raise exchange request.
(f) In case customer wants the product to get delivered at any other address or to any other person the same terms and conditions of delivery will apply. For this we will require email on care.coolone@gmail.com .The receiving given by the customer’s appointed person will be considered as customer’s receiving.
15.Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
