1. All products except customized items have 7 days replacement/return policy after an order has been delivered. Customized items are made to order products and can be returned only in case if you receive damaged product(s).
2. Only the unused & clean items in the original conditions will be accepted for returns/replacement otherwise the return/replacement request may get cancelled. To raise request for return or replacement call 7273864864 or email at coolone@gmail.com
3. For combo products partial returns or exchanges will not be accepted. You have to return or exchange the entire combo set. Although in case if you had got any defected/damaged component in your combo order please e-mail at coolone@gmail.com or call 7273864864.
4. We take all protective measures during packaging and shipping still it is advisable to make the video of package unboxing as it will convenient for you to claim return for the damaged product.
5. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
6. For refund or replacement, the customer has to self-ship the product back to the Company’s address after raising the refund/replacement request via email or call. Shipping charges will be returned back to the customer. Maximum refundable shipping amount is 150 INR. Although in rare situations like customer wants different product from the order customer may has to bear the return charges.
7. Refund will be made when customer will share receipt that the order is being shipped to company’s address with valid Tracking ID.
8. The refund amount will be credited within two weeks from the day when the returned item will reach us provided it will reach us in good condition.
9. The refund will credit in the same account via which you had used for the payment while placing order.
10. You can cancel your order online from My Account Section. The product needs to be cancelled before it gets shipped or at maximum 48 hours after placing an order. The paid amount will be credit back to your bank as per the points 7 & 8.
11. In case of cancellation done after the order got shipped we will not be able to cancel your order. Your order will go to refund/return category and respective polices will apply.
