Return & Replacement Policy

1.All our products have 3 days replacement/return policy after an order has been delivered. Products will be eligible for free return/replacement only in the following conditions,

(i) Item(s) received is physically damaged (Kindly provide unboxing/unpacking video).

(ii) Item(s) received has missing parts or accessories (Kindly provide unboxing/unpacking video).

(iii) Item received is different from its description on the product detail page on coolone.in (Kindly provide unboxing/unpacking video).

(iv) Item received is defective/does not work properly (Kindly provide unboxing/unpacking video).

2.Only the unused & clean items in the original conditions will be accepted for returns/replacement otherwise the return/replacement request may get cancelled. To raise request for return/replacement reach us at connect@coolone.in

3.For combo or multi product order(s) partial returns or exchanges will be accepted. You do not have to return or exchange the entire combo set.

4.We take all protective measures during packaging and shipping still it is advisable to make the video of package unboxing/unpacking as it will help you to claim return/replacement for the damaged/defective/wrong product. Otherwise in the absence of unboxing/unpacking video approval of return/replacement request will subject to approval of the Company.

5.Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

6.For return or replacement, the customer has to self-ship the product back to the Company’s address after raising the refund/replacement request. Shipping charges will be returned back to the customer. Maximum refundable shipping amount is 100 INR. Although in rare situations like customer wants different product from the order customer may has to bear the return shipping charges.

7.The refund amount will be credited within two weeks from the day when the returned item will reach us provided it will reach us in good condition.

8.The refund will credit in the same account via which you had used for the payment while placing order.

Note: Return/exchange will not be approved in case the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered. We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.

Cancellation Policy

We follow a streamline process to ensure precise manufacturing and on time delivery to our customers. So, you are requested to order carefully and in situation where you need to cancel the order you made kindly keep the following conditions in mind,

1.Cancel your order online from My Account Section or by reaching us at connect@coolone.in up to 4 hours after the order. The paid amount will be credit back to your account which you had used to make a payment. No amount will be charged for this on time cancellation.

2.In case of cancellation made after 4 hours up to 24 hours of the order a flat amount of 50 INR will be charged as processing fee before refund irrespective of order amount.

3.Cancellations made after 24 hours cannot be accepted and no refund will be given in such scenario.
